SamudraMudra-Samui is a private, gated beachfront estate on the southern tip of Koh Samui, Thailand.

Mudra-Samui covers a large, forested headland overlooking a picturesque lagoon, with year round access to a secluded, boulder studded, sandy beach and an idyllic deep water swimming channel bordered by coral reefs. The site offers investors a rare opportunity to own an island retreat and to spend time living in harmony with the surrounding land and sea.

Mudra-Samui's undisturbed peninsular neighbours the island's award winning wellness retreat, Kamalaya, recently voted the number one destination wellness retreat in Asia. The community's peaceful location is divided into nine,  seaview plots with full infrastructure in place. All plots include a gated entrance, fully paved access roads, 220 volt three phase power, government water supplied from a large underground storage tank, and twenty-four hour security.

The common area infrastructure, trails and beachfront area are owned and managed by Mudra-Samui Co. LTD, a registered Thai company that manages the common area. Investors hold an equal share in the company and therefore have input on all decisions. Owners also contribute a reasonable annual fee to facilitate common area maintenance, utilities, and management.

Of the nine Mudra-Samui plots, five boast an elevated beachfront orientation, with four plots positioned on higher ground along the back of the property, offering spectacular views over the serene lagoon and out to the offshore islands, mainland, and sunset beyond. The divisions between plots have been carefully conceived to integrate the natural topography of rolling land, old growth forest, and spectacular granite boulders, maximizing individual privacy while also enhancing the vistas. The rear plots all share direct beach access via a private garden trail.

Mudra-Samui plots range in size from 1.6 to 2.1 rai (.65 to .85 acre) and range in price from $500,000 to US$1,200,000 depending on their size, orientation, view, and natural topographic features. Each plot also comes with a concept drawing for a villa design by celebrated Hong Kong architectural firm MAP.
